How orders are packed

Bulk cup and bowl packs ship in their supplier carton inside an outer box, sealed rather than re-packed, so the count stays intact. Hampers and drying racks are shipped flat-packed wherever the design folds, and where a frame cannot fold it travels braced at the corners. Reusable tumblers and glassware are wrapped individually before they go into the outer carton.

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day join that evening’s pickup, and anything after the cut-off is packed the next working morning. Six dispatch days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Serviceable areas

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Where a courier cannot reach a PIN code, checkout says so up front instead of leaving you to find out later.

We trade online only, so there is no storefront and nothing to collect in person.

Charges

There is no delivery charge once an order reaches ₹999. Under that, a single ₹49 charge applies regardless of parcel size or destination. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay, and there is no separate handling, fuel or packing fee.

Estimated delivery

From the day it leaves us, expect three to five business days in a metro and five to nine beyond. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.

Those windows are courier estimates rather than guarantees — weather, strikes and holidays shift them, and we prefer to say so rather than promise a date we cannot enforce.

Order tracking

As soon as the courier collects, tracking goes out by email and SMS. Use the same reference on our Track Your Order page. Three working days without an update is worth an email to [email protected] so we can follow it up.
