Maevera Collective is a sole proprietorship based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, operating online as Maevera Collective (maeveracollective.shop). We trade online-only. Packing and dispatch both happen at our unit in Indore.

The short history

These two rooms share a shopping pattern: a bulk consumable that runs out and a frame that has to hold weight. The same household orders a hundred cups for the office pantry and a sorter hamper for the balcony in the same week, so we keep the two ranges under one roof instead of pretending they are different shops.

Plainly, what we are

So there is no confusion about who you are buying from:

• An independent Indian online retailer selling kitchen and laundry essentials to customers across India
• A sole proprietorship trading under the name Maevera Collective
• A business that prices in rupees, ships from Indore and answers its own email

What we do not claim

The claims we deliberately do not make:

• Not a manufacturer, and not the brand owner of the goods we resell
• Not an authorised distributor or service centre for any manufacturer
• Not GST registered — our turnover is below the registration threshold
• Not a physical shop; we have no showroom to visit

The commitment

We describe what we actually have. Piece counts, sizes and materials are carried from the supplier’s own specification, and where a fact is missing we leave it out rather than fill the gap with a guess. The price carries any applicable tax, delivery is shown up front, and returns run 10 days from delivery.

If something is wrong, email [email protected]. We put it right by replacement or refund, at our expense where we are at fault.
