Delivery, payment and returns, alongside the kitchen and laundry essentials questions we hear weekly.
Are the paper cups compostable?
Only the lines described that way by the supplier, and the listing says so explicitly. Where the material is plain paper or plastic, we say that instead.
Do drying racks arrive assembled?
Most fold flat and open without tools. Where assembly is required, the listing states it.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge. A few remote PINs are prepaid-only.
How do returns work?
Unused and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery. Opened bulk consumables cannot be returned.
Do you have a store I can visit?
No. We trade online only and dispatch from Indore, Madhya Pradesh across India.
How much is shipping?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies anywhere in India. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same evening.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Every price is in Indian rupees and includes applicable tax, with delivery shown separately before payment.
Do you charge GST?
No. Our turnover is below the GST registration threshold, so we are not registered, no GST is charged and no GSTIN is shown.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. No cards, and no payment details are stored by us.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS at dispatch and works on the Track Your Order page.
