Acceptance of terms

Maevera Collective runs as a sole proprietorship out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh under the trading name Maevera Collective. Using the site or placing an order signals agreement with these terms and the policies in the footer. Disagree, and the site is not for you.

User accounts

Ordering is possible as a guest or with an account. Where you hold an account, its password is yours to protect and its activity is your responsibility. Write to [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts used for fraud or abuse may be suspended.

Price and payment terms

Prices appear in Indian rupees, inclusive of any tax that applies. Turnover below the GST threshold means no registration, no GST charge and no GSTIN. Payment is limited to UPI and Cash on Delivery.

We may change prices and stock at any time. If a price was wrong, you will hear from us before dispatch and can either accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Receiving a confirmation means we have your order, not that we have accepted it. Acceptance happens at dispatch. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where a PIN code is not serviceable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we cannot verify the details given.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Timelines and charges live in the Shipping Policy, returns in the Refund and Returns Policy, cancellations in the Cancellation Policy. Together they form part of these terms.

Site content

Copy, layout, photography and branding on this site are the property of Maevera Collective unless noted otherwise. Product names and marks belonging to third parties remain theirs, and appear only to describe what an item is. You may not copy or republish site content for commercial use without our written permission.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Maevera Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. This clause does not affect any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your Consumer Protection Act, 2019 rights.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Indian law governs these terms, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts at Indore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
